Beginner machine knitting – punchcard

Come and use our domestic knitting machines and learn how to use the punchcard function on the machine to create repeat patterns.
Using Z Hinchliffe lambswool and shetland wool to make fabric that will then be felted in a washing machine which can then be turned into a sketchbook/diary cover, a purse, clothes whatever you want.

It helps if you have basic machine knitting knowledge but casting on and basics can be taught so not essential.

Machines and punch cards provided but wool paid for on weight used, as in how much knitting you do.
